• We understand that homes need to be tough to withstand New Zealand’s environment. We offer rib raft foundations as the standard foundation solution for all our homes without extra costs to the client (TC1 and TC2 sites).
• Good home design starts with understanding the site and orientation. Our plans are designed to maximise the potential for individual building sites so that you can make the most of your indoor/outdoor living spaces.
• We offer clients the option to maximise their space with smart storage solutions such as roof storage complete with plywood floor and access hatch ladder. We also have floor to ceiling wardrobe sliding doors.
• We can provide site preparation for landscape canvas at minimal cost.
